第二套講一個消防員,主要吃plant-based diet。當中提及肉、蛋及奶類食品dairy product 都會增加致癌機會。Plant-based食物即生果及蔬菜才有益。剛來時發現牛扒平靚我就正,自己熟了幾次吃,但看完這套後便沒有再買牛扒吃了。當中話牛奶或奶類食品都唔好。USA has the highest hip fracture rate in comparison with other
countries. So milk helps no good in calcium absorption. Milk is also from
animals, so no good. The documentary has interviewed many doctors and PhD. I

但如果三餐都是plant-based, 自己未必會持續到。
第三套內容我比較接受,當中提及不要令自己肚餓,如是健康食品(plant-based),多吃也不會太增磅。另外我亦開始留意看食物標籤。簡單來說,標纖通常會說有多少卡路里,卡路里當中有多少是來自脂肪(fat)。例如芝士,你會發現大部份卡路里來自fat。另外,胞和脂肪(Saturated fat)及膽固醇(cholesterol)。出現在標籤上都不是好事。如我上次所說,可嘗試一星期吃數晚的plant-based晚餐(水果蔬菜切碎吃),看看效果如何。那套documentary叫Hungry for Change。我也買了DVD,以便日後體重反彈時,提醒自己注意飲食。
